At checkout, you have the option to choose USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business day delivery) which may include a small fee, or USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day delivery) for an additional fee.
We ship orders in the smallest packaging possible to help save you shipping costs. You can save on shipping fees by meeting the minimum order requirement, or by opting to pick up your products in-person (when available).

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hi@heirloomjerky.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened packages, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and other items as noted in the product description. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hi@heirloomjerky.com
OTHER STUFF
It's all made from the highest-quality U.S. beef brisket.
Right now, we are not offering any jerky that's made from poultry, game, etc., but that is something we'd like to do in the future! Also, we aren't presently offering grass fed beef. Again, it's something we'd like to do as soon as we can.
That shit aint free, dawg. We have to sell some jerky to make more jerky. 👍
Brisket is a really great cut of meat. Honestly, it's one of our favorites.
Brisket is a dense cut of meat, and it's similar in flavor to a steak (like ribeye). The reason we use it is because we can marinate it for a long time to really get it full of flavor. We wanna get that shit right in there so that every bite of jerky just slaps you in the face with tastiness. (You like that, huh?)
That leaves us with a jerky that's nice and tender but rich with marinated majesty.
Guess what you sound like right now.
Do YoU sEnD oUt FrEe SaMpLes?
No, it's already cheap as fuck, boy.
It's on the product packaging and on each individual product page of our site.
Uh, this is kind of subjective. Our plan is to have a flavor for everyone!
You don't want spice 👇
If you don't like spicy things, Sauce Slinger is a crowd pleaser and it's not spicy. It's savory, it's salty, and it has just a hint of sweetness to it. It's everything you want out of a go-to jerky.
You want reasonable spice 👇
If you like some heat, but you don't wanna go crazy (like, you cautiously ask for "medium heat" if you go to a Thai restaurant), then Blazed & Glazed is a good choice. We'd give that one a 3/10 on spice. It's just right for someone who enjoys a little heat to enhance the flavor profile of what they're eating.
You enjoy spicy food👇
If you routinely eat spicy foods, it's Honey Badger for you, babe. Trust us, you're gonna love it. It's got a nice heat and you can really taste the distinct flavors of habanero and honey. We'd say it's a 6/10 (maybe a 7/10 depending on who you ask) on spice.
You're just trying to feel something 👇
If you're the type of person who's looking for Carolina Reapers and Ghost Peppers, and you'd waltz through Hot Ones like Lorde, then we don't have anything for you yet. If that's what you want, though... drop us a line. If enough people are into it, we'll eff your shit up.
If you don't open it, it's good for a year from when it was made.
After you open it, we recommend eating it within the next 3 days to make sure it's the freakin' best jerky you've ever had.
If we're being real, no one has the self-control to do that. You're probably going to wreck that bag in one or two sittings.
No. The marinates we use have soy sauce and wheat in them. We promise that if there is a gluten-free recipe in the future we will market the shit out of it.
It's not. 😬
Our sensational, scrum-diddly-umptious beef jerky is generally not available in stores at this time. There are some dope smaller retailers that will be carrying Heirloom Jerky, but we aren't available at any major retailers yet. Subscribe to our newsletter and we'll let you know when we are!
Other than on this site, you can see us on TikTok Shop, and we're about to be on Amazon. If you see us on Amazon already, that means Brian is an asshole and didn’t update this content yet. Fuck that guy.
Ah, you must be new to eating beef jerky. Welcome.
Don't eat that packet. It's a silica gel desiccant used in packaged, dried foods to remove excess moisture.
