Shipping policy

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Order cut off time is 12:00 pm CST.

We ship orders in the smallest packaging possible to help save you shipping costs. You can save on shipping fees by meeting the minimum order requirement (outlined below), or by opting to pick up your products in-person (when available).

Orders to USA

At checkout, you will have the option to choose USPS Economy (which may include a small fee for small orders), Priority Mail (1-3 business day delivery, for an additional fee), or USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day delivery for an additional fee).

We offer free shipping for all orders via USPS Economy. You may opt to purchase an upgrade to your shipping by selecting another method like Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.

Orders to Canada

At checkout, you will only have the option to ship with DHL Express. No other carrier (that we're aware of) can beat their rate, but shipping to Canada is really expensive. Sorry - we don't control the rates. We strongly suggest Canadian orders to have many bags to offset the costs.

We offer free shipping for all orders $600 CAD and above via DHL Express.

All other countries

Sorry, due to legal and regulatory challenges, we can't (yet) ship to other countries. Perhaps once we become a massive meat monster, we'll foray into more international markets.

Lost or Damaged Orders

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please confirm your address at checkout. All claims must be submitted to USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
